• Create and implement search and sourcing strategies according to the recruitment department process. • Acts as a brand ambassador to engage passive candidates and develop and retain their interest in the company • Keeps systems accurately updated as required.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related area.Preferred Skills:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, including full cycle recruitment. • Knowledge of regulatory employment laws. • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy policies. • Strong knowledge of Sourcing and Boolean searches is highly desirable. • Experience with recruiting technology and tools. • 90% English proficient: Oral and written. • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook).Additional Notes:
