Product Owner

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team across several exciting industries, including social media, learning management, fintech, and data security.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in translating the product strategy into actionable tasks, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives that align with our company's vision and user needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead product development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.
Collaborate with the CPO, Engineering & Design teams to prioritize, plan, and execute product roadmaps and sprint plans.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to the design and engineering teams.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Oversee projects related to social media features, fintech, or data security, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., PCI, DSS, SOC2).
Collaborate on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management tools.
Utilize Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery) to streamline project workflows.
Implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enhance team efficiency.
Conduct data-driven analysis to inform product decisions, focusing on user experience, security, and platform scalability.
Effectively communicate product vision and updates through presentations, ensuring alignment across teams.

2-3 years of venture capital-backed early-stage startup experience in product management (or related roles), ideally in fintech, data security, or LMS platforms.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is essential.
Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery) is required.
Experience with data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., encryption, PCI, DSS, SOC2) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Proficiency in LMS platforms, content management systems, and integration tools (for relevant roles).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
