Main Responsibilities:

Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on scalability, user experience, and business impact.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product initiatives that align with our company's vision and user needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that meet both market needs and business objectives.

Drive the use of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery) to streamline product development and foster collaboration.
-
Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to enhance efficiency and product delivery.
-
Stay current with industry trends, ensuring products remain innovative and competitive.
-
Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and clear communication.

2-3 years in Product Management (or related role) at a venture-backed early-stage startup.

Social Media: Strong product instincts for platform development and passion for social media technology and trends. Experience with SEO/SEM to enhance content visibility is a plus.

Education Technology: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), content management, and instructional design principles.

Fintech/Data Security: Familiarity with data security protocols (e.g., encryption, PCI, DSS, SOC2), with a background in finance or investment management being advantageous.

Strong familiarity with Atlassian products.

Knowledge of SAFe methodologies.

Expertise in SEO/SEM (for social media) or instructional design principles (for ed-tech).

Understanding of compliance standards (for fintech/data security).

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
