UX/ UI Designer
We seek talented and creative UX/UI Designers to join our team and contribute to developing multiple platforms.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that each platform is intuitive, engaging, and tailored to meet the specific needs of its users—whether they are community members, educators, learners, B2B professionals, among others.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design user experiences that address the final user’s and our customers' needs while ensuring accessibility.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design concepts, and drive user-centered improvements.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business and user needs, along with adherence to accessibility standards.

Continuously improve user interfaces based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs, ensuring all platforms are user-friendly, effective, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.

Design for diverse platforms and unique challenges, from community-driven social media environments to secure, data-driven B2B platforms and engagement-focused educational systems.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, focusing on digital platforms.

3+ years of experience working in venture capital-backed early-stage startups.

Expertise in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to design.

Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.

Social media company/platform, learning management system (LMS), or B2B product management experience preferred.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Familiarity with designing for engagement and interaction

Experience tackling unique challenges across platforms like security and educational engagement.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
