Responsibilities
Hands-on technical ownership as part of a team of product-focused software developers
Work effectively across organizational, time zone, and geographic boundaries
Drive scalable solutions that accelerate game development
Work across client, services, design, and product management teams to ensure successful customer-centric solutions
Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code across a range of technologies
Ensure design, implementation, and operation of products and features have a focus on modularity, component reuse, performance, and reliability
Drive for quality in everything you do and continuously improve the systems on which you work
Give and receive feedback in the spirit of continual growth and improvement
Contribute to an inclusive, creative, high-performance team culture
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience building production-level systems
Experience with building and managing services and software that runs efficiently on-premises and in the cloud using C#, scripting languages, and cloud services
Knowledge of front-end development and componentization
Demonstrated strengths in communication, problem-solving, design, and execution
Ability to lead through example and influence
Experience in building new products or features from the ground up
Proficiency in Dev Ops practices and related tools
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the game development industry and game studio workflows
Familiar with AI/ML concepts and technologies
