British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash Junior Analyst (Reconciliations) in Costa Rica

Your key responsibilities will include

Handle multiple customer accounts for reconciliation collection efforts.
Direct management with the end market for adjustments and request.
Monitoring and compensation of product returns nationwide.
Creating and maintaining proactive working relationships with the EM and other finance teams.
Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.

What are we looking for?

Currently studying or graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable (OTC) under Business-to-Business space.
English – Intermediate level.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally. Be a great teammate to achieve departmental targets.
