British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Key Local Suppliers Reconciliation in Heredia

Your key responsibilities will include:

Balancing BAT payables to Global and Local Strategic Suppliers receivables.
Engaging with suppliers to negotiate deduction and cash collection on behalf of the group.
Exploring new data analytics and process mining technologies to establish and gain recognition for the Global AP Analytics functions withing DBS.
Seeking dynamic footprint on the end-to-end receipt to pay process and perform monthly reports.
Solving the issues addressed by suppliers via E-MAIL.
Performing analysis of the supplier’s accounting data and critical issue of problems when they arise.
Reconciles suppliers statements and investigates invoice processing errors.

What are we looking for?

Studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Excellent communication skills written in English.
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) / SAP knowledge desirable
Person with the willingness to learn, dynamic, and analytical.
