British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Finance Analyst in Heredia
Responsible for analyzing and developing tools to improve processes
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop tools in Excel (Visual Basic for applications) for improving processes
- Develop tools in Power BI for improving processes
- Analyze processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
- Proactive Customer relationship building continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced Excel Knowledge (required)
- MS Visual Basic for application Knowledge (required)
- Intermediate/advanced English level (required)
- 1-2 years OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset. desirable).
- Business Administration or Accounting Degree (desirable)
