ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced SEO and Analytics Specialist to lead our SEO initiatives and oversee key website and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, managing SEO tools, and providing actionable insights through detailed analytics reports. This role demands a combination of technical SEO skills, strategic thinking, and robust analytical capabilities.

THE TEAM:
This role will closely collaborate with our Marketing Technology Team and the broader Marketing and Business Development team at Fragomen. Our global Marketing and Business Development function consists of nearly 50 professionals dedicated to strategic marketing and business development, always with an eye on exceptional client service.
As a Marketing SEO and Analytics Specialist in our Marketing Technology Team, you will play a pivotal role in boosting our online presence through effective website management, PPC advertising, analytics, email automation, and SEO strategies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve website performance.
Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover opportunities and optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engines.
Technical SEO Management: Partner with the web development team to ensure the website is technically optimized, addressing issues related to site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
Content Optimization: Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that adheres to best practices and drives user engagement.
SEO Tool Management: Oversee the use of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Bright Edge) to monitor performance, perform audits, and derive insights.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior and website data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and enhancing the user experience.
Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities. Monitor industry changes and adapt strategies as needed.
Link Building and Outreach: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings, including outreach to relevant websites and partners.
Regular Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and other key metrics. Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and web analytics to ensure Fragomen remains competitive in the digital landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SEO and web analytics, preferably in a professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other relevant platforms.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
Strong technical SEO skills, including understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script as they relate to SEO.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press, Drupal, or similar platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience in improving user experience is an advantage.
