Job Description :

What the candidate will do:

Configuration, maintenance and execution of email campaigns using ACM automation platform
Creation of automated workflows to nurture leads, send personalized messages, and automatically segment audiences
Integration of automation with CRM and other platforms to ensure consistency and effectiveness in customer communication
Manages the technical aspects of email marketing including reporting
Management of communication with the end client and stakeholders

Work across all lines of business, focusing on email best practices, and automation
Evaluate existing work and standardize processes for speed and accuracy
Experience leading processes involving different departments

Ensure proper segmentation and targeting of email lists
Monitor the deliverability and technical performance of email campaigns
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with email platforms

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations focusing on the execution of marketing on behalf of the Client
Experience in Adobe Campaign Manager required, other marketing automation tools e.g. Marketo, and Hub Spot CRM. Salesforce Marketing is a definite plus.
Understanding of leading practices in email marketing

Adobe AEM
MS Office
Knowledge of HTML, CSS (responsive emails)
Experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, XD, Stencil
Analytical thinking
