Rhythm of business analyst prepare data and metrics for Weekly Business Reviews
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into reports dashboard designs
Monitor data workflows to guarantee the timely and seamless updating of dashboards and reports
Proactively address any disruptions to ensure minimal impact on data delivery and reporting schedules
Build and deliver regular reports to provide key insights and performance metrics, aiding informed decision making processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and refine reports for maximum impact
Execute ad hoc data pulls and perform in depth analysis to support business inquiries and special projects
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through thorough data exploration and interpretation
Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting outputs
Collaborate with data governance teams to adhere to best practices and maintain data integrity
Automate Google sheets based reports to dashboard
Transform reporting from diagnostic to more proactive predictive analytics
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
6 years of experience in a data driven environment as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client stakeholder communication. Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non technical audiences
Mastery of SQL, showcasing advanced querying skills to derive insights from complex datasets
2 years experience in demand gen and marketing funnel performance analysis
2 to 5 years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions business units.
2 years of experience in data visualization domain and dashboard development i.e. Looker, Tableau, or other analytical clients
Strong proficiency in working within Excel or Google sheets with large data sets and utilizing pivot tables and lookups.
Experienced with data cleansing and converting raw data to actionable insights.
Experienced with stakeholder collaboration and insight sharing
Preferred qualifications
Familiar with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation.
Experience with Cloud Technologies
Experience working with marketing technology platforms.
