- Completion of the proposed sale of Vantive to funds managed by the Carlyle Group is subject to receipt of customary regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other closing conditions.
Purpose of this position
This role will be responsible for entering in the system all the invoices (PO & Non PO) or any other payment request document, needed in to reflect the creation of the liability for Baxter and to produce the subsequent payment to the vendor. The process must be done on time, accurate, with sense of urgency and following the Baxter policies regarding authorization payment approval, authorization matrix, inventory receiving tolerance, purchase order set up and creation.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and on time the invoice processing of all those invoices that arrives to BAS PO and Non PO.
- Track the invoices with issues in the tool for the Troubleshooters have visibility of the backlog to be worked with the operations and suppliers.
- Keep control of the invoices to be paid via Wire for which the invoice is not follow the foreign process.
- Comply with the daily invoice quota or with the minimum established by the supervisor.
- Understanding of the 0101 policy of the Corporate Policies and Procedures Manual, along with the Accounts payable PO, Non PO, Bloomington, GME and Non JDE plants Narratives.
- Attend meetings with Baxter personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure all services provided are complying with SLA’s, S-Ox and Corporate Policies.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Basic Requirements:
- 0-6 months of experience
- Complete High School
- English B1
Secondary Requirements:
- Ability to deal with customers
- Analytical ability
- Sense of urgency
- Team work
- Good personal relationships
- Access knowledge and JDE
- Work under pressure
- Knowledge in JDE, GME, Maximo and PRMS
