Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist to help our clients to implement complex EHR system. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to extract meaningful insights.
Develop predictive models and data-driven solutions to address business challenges of treatment facilities.
2. Business Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data analysis workflows for behavioral health treatment providers.
3. Reporting and Visualization:
Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex information in an understandable format.
Customize reports and dashboards based on the specific needs of different treatment facilities.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement.
5. EHR and Practice Management Implementation Support:
Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and workflows related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management solutions.
Assist in the implementation of EHR and Practice Management systems, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
Provide ongoing support to customers during the implementation process, addressing any technical issues or challenges that arise.
Work closely with the development team to customize solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
6. Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge through training and self-study.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is a plus.
