WHAT YOU'LL DO

As BCG’s Global Legal Program Operations Specialist, you will play an integral role in supporting our legal professionals and enhancing the team’s operational efficiency and internal brand. This role will involve coordinating onboarding for legal roles, managing team communications, overseeing the creation and distribution of a legal team newsletter, and supporting team branding efforts. You will also manage team documentation, including organizational, people records and recruiting material, and support across the broader Strategy and Operations leadership team through slide writing, budget tracking and legal invoice management.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment; less experience considered for exceptional performers or BCG experience
  

• Proven ability to work effectively on a distributed team delivering on high priority initiatives
  

• Strong command of Windows Office (particularly Excel and Power Point) and digital products such as Slack, Trello, etc.
  

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages a plus
  

• Flexibility to support a global team, occasionally working outside traditional work hours
  

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
