Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to content for the video catalog quality, under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, image, subtitles, audio and video assets to provide a seamless viewing experience to Prime Video customers. The day to day job requires the individual to make critical judgment based decisions by following a standard operating procedure.
Key job responsibilities
1. Localizing metadata/subtitles into French.
2. Quality-checking metadata/subtitles assets for translation accuracy (idiomatic, spelling, grammar, punctuation).
3. Fixing or creating subtitles, metadata, and ensuring high-quality localization of content.
4. Providing input to update Prime Video's style guides to continually enhance customer experience.
5. Contributing feedback and insights to improve AI model training and performance.
6. Excellent written and spoken French & English skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses.
- Previous experience in localization with French language.
