The FPR Developer I will support the research. design, development, testing and implementation of RPA and other technology solutions to meet business objectives by delivering work products aimed to optimize financial operations processes.
Job Description:
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Develops and configures automation processes as per the Process Design Document (PDD) to meet defined requirements
- Develops and configures new processes, tasks and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured and maintainable.
- Complies with and helps enforce design and coding Power Platform standards, policies and procedures.
- Creates and documents test procedures and scenarios for the initial phases
- Works collaboratively with test teams to fix assigned bugs with quality
- Supports existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Works within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to chapter/squad leader accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process;
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues.
Required Expertise:
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience developing using Power Platform, Ui Path Studio or related technologies.
- Microsoft Power Platform and/or Ui Path Professional certification.
- Understanding of workflow-based and programming (VBA, C#, Python, HTML) logic
- Business process knowledge and mapping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Experience with Agile development methodology (SCRUM)
- Good communication skills
Preferred Expertise:
- Technical degree in Computer Science or similar careers.
- Desire to explore and learn new technologies
