Job Description

Who are we looking for:

Working as part of our Engagement team, you will:

Engage employees across the organization in our programs and initiatives using different platforms and tools.

Ensure programs are accessible to all employees, acting as point of contact for different employee initiatives and events.

Assist in planning and executing various internal events, including birthday parties, top performer recognition, loyalty programs, thematic celebrations (Women's Day, Happiness Day), team-building games, and the year-end party.

Deliver presents, loyalty gifts, or any required materials for events.

Skills and Qualifications:

Outgoing and enjoys collaborating with others.

Creative and dynamic, with a passion for bringing events to life.

Fun, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic design skills using Canva preferred.

Prior event planning experience a plus.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

High school diploma required.

Finishing you last quaternial in a degree in Advertisement, Journalism, Administration or Marketng is a plus.
