British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Employee Admin HR analyst - Portuguese in Heredia
GBS is seeking an Employee Admin HR Analyst - Portuguese to join our Team within the Human Resources organization. This role will partner extensively with internal and external customers and the goal is to ensure the accurate data of the employees in the respective systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, an effective communicator, problem solver, have a desire to participate in change, and
appreciate a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Carrying out high level Data Administration on a day-to-day basis within HR systems environment.
- Ensuring processes are followed in within the BAT Global and Local standards.
- Responsible for ensuring master data accuracy for payroll payments.
- Solve master data issues and execute master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records to align with audit requirements.
- Fully understanding the effects of master data settings on how the system performs so that processes work and meet the customer’s needs.
- Process clients´ daily matters or reports that are received with a high-quality service.
- Responsible for the Expats Information handling, ensuring that global and local procedures are followed.
- Ensuring the correct Monthly Internal Control process and the respective documentation for audit purpose and procedures
- KPIs Compliance
- Collaboration with team projects.
What are we looking for?
- Graduate or Student of Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Intermediate English
- Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, or another database etc.
- Demonstrable Database skills.
- Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork, proactive, open to feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
