The Digital & Tech Partner LATAM will be working on all global/local applications around different business areas and manage digital initiatives in markets aligned to accountable territories (Spanish Latam North: Mexico, LEC). The role will plan and execute on technology initiatives in accordance with the business demands and will support operations acting as an escalation point for any operational support issues and helping to triage the issue to the correct persistent Tech group.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product(s) and manage product life cycles with value cases.
- Work with business users of new and/or changed Tech systems to modify their processes and/or ways of working to derive the planned benefits from the system.
- Ensure that all pre-project/product business analyses (value assessment) and other activities necessary to build Business Case, global funding artefacts (Lean canvas, etc.) start projects and control budget are delivered.
- Strong business acumen to manage different functions workstreams/projects.
- Ensure that Customer/Consumer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyze necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken in the area like CTO’s Service level and resourcing.
- Facilitate serious escalation processes in countries in scope and to coordinate with TECH response to crisis situations, like unavailability of a critical system, data loss, FLU Pandemic, etc.
- Ensure operational support services are delivered for local application portfolio and manage relation with external partners.
- Provide consultation to Project stakeholders on Tech investments and value-add activities in alignment and support of business strategic initiatives.
- Understand the agile principles and product mindset for the organization.
- Analyze, define, and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement.
- Deconstruct complex processes into manageable simplified representations that facilitate strategic discussion and decision making.
- Ensuring all applications supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring that employees are following computer use, information security and privacy policies.
- Ensure that Tech continuity plans are in place for all business-critical applications.
- Provide recommendations through conducting assessments and evaluations for out of the shelf and custom solutions and services.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in Information Technology and industry best practice.

- Higher education in Information Digital & Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
- 8 years above work experience in area of Digital & Tech Management.
- Advanced English.
- Solid record in working with businesses to deliver high impact and Digital & Tech enabled solutions, successful Digital & Tech business analysis, solution design, program and project delivery and service management comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Agile.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Tech systems (Salesforce CRM, SAP, Commercial, NRM Commercial Excellence, Revenue Recognition, Microsoft Power BI, supporting apps etc.)
