Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is currently recruiting for a Digital Success Specialist to drive the roll out of digital marketing advertising solutions to markets. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform. We are partnering with Microsoft to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. The DSS will be instrumental in nurturing and growing existing strategic customers, driving the roll out of large digital marketing advertising solutions, and an integral part of growing our business. Key Responsibilities:
Business Relationship Owner: Build coalition of support with customer. Define specific strategic customer outcomes that align to customer strategy.
Digital Transformation Leader and Operational Excellence: Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while preventing churn.
Operationally Excellent: Follow processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identifies issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommends improvements and to implement creative advertising campaigns.
Value Creator: Identify and articulate business value of role and solutions for customer organization through demonstrations, storytelling, etc. to provide evidence of business value in the customer environment.
Consumption: Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs. Drives greater Microsoft Advertising consumption with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverages insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drives, retains, and optimizes customer consumption
Executive Presence: Engage with and influence business and IT decision makers by providing feedback or insights to help customers define and realize their digital and business transformational targets. Influences others to help meet customer needs and prioritize efforts accordingly. Recognizes systemic issues to resolve.
Customer Obsessed: Be the Voice of the Customer; Share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockers.
Build Customer Knowledge: Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
Leading at the Edge: Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers
Cooperative Spirit: Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; Accurately forecasting new usage and/or churn risks that impact portfolio pipeline.

Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, etc) and 1-year of experience in a sales and/or account management role
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
English language fluency in the market to which assigned
Experience interfacing with clients
Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes
Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done
An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute quickly, positive creative solutions to problems as they arise
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology, particularly online technology
