2 years of professional experience as a Digital Producer, Project Manager or a similar role with ad agency, design studio, production company, or internal creative operations teams.
Experience with all forms of digital marketing including mobile, web, and social.
Self-starting, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and has the ability to multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative partners.
Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Global Scaled Services (GSS) at Prime Video is an operationally-driven team of Designers, Producers, QA Specialists and Operations Managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets for Prime Video.
GSS is seeking a Digital Producer (L4) to lead the day-to-day production of these digital assets while collaborating with internal teams and global stakeholders and external agents to ensure a timely delivery of all design deliverables.
The Digital Producer should excel in project management, creative problem solving, be able to establish scalable processes, have strong communication skills, and enjoy fostering mutually beneficial relationships across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process of creative design production deliverables
Act as the operational lead to remove obstacles and avoid campaign production roadblocks
Track and report status of campaign production deliverables to all applicable global teams
Establish strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities
Set expectations with internal and external teams and handle prioritization for all work
Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned
Deep dive into project requirements that may at times be ambiguous
Continually work to optimize process and workflow
Familiarity with design tools and Digital Asset Management (ie. Photoshop, Illustrator).
