Data Analyst
*What CW will do:
-Collect info from stakeholders to upload to the system. Understand these steps, execute them and being able to provide improvements.
-Assist stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues. This will involve many different types of excel templates and working with software to create best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings and ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.
-Create/update training documentation for users.
-Create presentations for the business.
-Work with external customers to integrate and load data.
*Required skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in related positions
-Advanced English
-Advanced Excel
-Microsoft office Suite
-PTC Windchill
*Minimum skills:
1. Ability to learn key business focus in order to apply judgement and understand overall program objective.
2. Ability to prioritize and organize work: set standards for processes created so that they can be replicated, ability to identify resources required, ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written, including summarizing status and communicating clearly in meetings.
3. Data collection: Previous experience in assisting stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues. This will involve many different types of excel templates and working with software to create best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings and ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.
4. Data analysis: Expert in excel, ability to perform pivot tables with existing data sources, ability to analyze data, make inferences and understand implications.

5. Training documentation: Ability to methodically create training material focused for end user on how to perform their job-specific tasks and make updates, as needed.
6. Communication skills: Great english, understand technical jargon, be able to uplevel the information based on the stakeholder and answer questions.
