We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth through continuous optimization of web and digital channels.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:

Use data analytics tools to track and analyze and interpret user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Develop optimization strategies by identifying opportunities for improvement in the user journey and conversion funnel. Create and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, website content, and user interfaces

Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that optimization strategies are aligned with overall business goals and executed effectively.

Review and provide recommendations on all key conversion points within marketing funnel, looking for ways to increase efficiencies.

Gather insights through user surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research methods to understand user needs and pain points

Generate regular reports on conversion metrics, test results, and optimization performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Keep up to date on the latest trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization, user experience, and digital marketing
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience (at least 5+ years) as a CRO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful optimization projects

Proficiency with CRO tools and platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS, A/B testing tools, site analytics (Google Analytics 4) and business intelligence tools

Adept at leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design, and running experiments at scale

Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field a plus, but not required
