Job Purpose:
- Provides day to day reporting/BI support to specific functional area or department. Executes data extraction, consolidation, and data validation. Provides regular reporting for assigned area or department. Assist in the creation and analysis of ad hoc operational performance reports
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to develop and execute the data, tools, reporting and or analysis needed to deliver solutions in support of business needs that help drive operational business performance
- Reviews data and identifies issues or conclusions to report to senior peers and help drive the solutions
- Maintains, dashboards, reports and system applications, including minor changes, enhancements, ad hoc reports and or analysis to support management and stakeholders
- Enhance operational business performance by applying knowledge of analytical skills based on previously identified improvement opportunities for issues and changes
- Support Senior team members and leaders with the information and proactive analysis they need to make informed business decisions
- Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economics, or related field
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
- Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
