• Work with clients around existing support programs to build roadmap and facilitate development of applications

• Ability to identify customer budget, timeline, decision making processes and create buying vision with customer
  
• Communicating information about client conversations accurately and escalating to the appropriate levels where appropriate
  

• Onboarding clients and expanding their cloud technologies
  
• Azure functions knowledge (hands-on)
  
• Customer Success or Account Management experience
  
• Skills: CRM, MSFT Certification desirable AZ104, AZ900
  
• Experience selling Microsoft products and other software solutions.
  
• Knowing Microsoft 365, Dynamic 365, Azure, or Microsoft Modern Workplace deployment and integration.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in IT sales, consulting role focused on solution architecture, Software ideally with Microsoft ISVs – Independent Software Vendors
  
• Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  
• Language(s) Required: Spanish and English- minimum level C1 required.
  
• Available to work based on a hybrid model (typically two days per week in the office).
