Your role at Baxter
The AR & Revenue Senior Financial Analyst at Baxter is an outstanding opportunity to bring your outstanding skills to an extraordinary organization. This role is pivotal in completing revenue accounting for the LATAM region, requiring a deep understanding of sophisticated accounting matters! You will be collaborating closely with finance and non-finance teams, performing detailed processes and ambitious projects to successful completion!
What you'll be doing
Prepare manual journals as needed for related activity with adequate supporting documentation.
Complete assigned account reconciliations in Blackline technically per established service level agreements (SLA). Respond to queries from Business and Controllership in a timely manner.
Provide audit support as needed and support regional and global reporting requirements such as monthly Balance Sheet and P&L Flux analysis.
Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes as well as local, regional, and global projects, as the need arises.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements, and local regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls.
Resolve and implement continuous improvement initiatives for detailed execution.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience in part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
Minimum of 3 years of confirmed professional experience.
US GAAP experience.
Experience in a multinational environment and/or audit with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Bilingual (English B2+ or higher)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and Power Point.
Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Blackline, Alteryx, and D-Desk) highly preferred.
