Job Description Role Summary Experian Consumer Services is looking to fill a Active/Compliance Specialist role with our Personal Loans Marketplace team. The Activate/Compliance Specialist will work with the Product, and Activate Teams along with our broader compliance division across the enterprise to ensure growth through marketing practices that serve our customers well and are compliant with local and federal regulations and guidance. Working with marketing, legal and Experian's compliance department, the role will help develop guidelines across the Personal Loans lead generation business. In addition to the compliance components of offer management, the role will assist with the management, governance and deployment of partner models within the Activate platform. You will report to the VP of Growth & Emerging Markets. Main Responsibilities:
Compliance Coordination: Work with Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure lead generation and Marketplace compliance standards are met.
Roadmap Collaboration: Contribute to the Marketplace Product Compliance roadmap to improve customer experience and provide necessary information for informed decision-making.
Compliance Monitoring: Maintain compliance scorecards, report on status, and recommend changes.
Vendor Management: Oversee Affiliate Marketing Network vendors, update client offers per service level agreements, and coordinate internal updates.
Offer Approval: Manage compliance approvals and updates for new or changed offers, ensuring adherence to processes.
Solution Support: Maintain compliant solutions across company websites, operational practices, promotions, and partner sites.
Risk Management: Address compliance risks, develop tracking and auditing systems, and support enforcement of compliance guidelines for new brands and marketing materials.
Collaboration and Research: Partner with product marketing, business leaders, and legal advisors; research and recommend necessary compliance changes for brand procedures.
Collaborate with Partners and Experian: engineering and product teams for the review and deployment of Partner models in Experian Activate platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Compliance Certification) as an ideal.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, marketing compliance, or a related field.
Experience navigating regulatory environments and managing compliance issues.
Collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficient in using compliance management software and technological tools.
