The Technical Project Consultant will be responsible in managing and executing complex projects involving Atlassian products. This role involves handling migrations between server, data center, and cloud environments, as well as providing technical expertise and consulting to ensure successful project outcomes. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, build and test solutions, and guide them through the implementation process.
Job Description
Lead clients through requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical assessments.

Provide expert advice on the implementation and configuration of Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Access.
Guide clients through user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Oversee the build-out and testing of technical solutions, including Atlassian and ancillary products.
Plan and execute complex migrations between server/data center and cloud environments, as well as cloud-to-cloud migrations.
Perform installations, migrations, and performance tuning of applications, including interacting with teams managing load balancers, storage, and networking devices.
Manage small to medium-sized projects independently or collaborate with a team on larger engagements.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Communicate openly with team members and management about project status, successes, risks, issues, and potential sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of IT Service Management.
Knowledgeable with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Atlassian Access).
Experience with software development best practices, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Linux system administration, SQL database queries, and REST APIs.
Ability to manage technical projects, including planning, execution, and client interaction.
