• Design & Develop RPA solutions for the various process identified with zero defects.
  
• Knowledge in Developing and Consuming APIs.
  
• Participate in process walkthroughs with clients to understand the requirements in detail.
  
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand the domain and process.
  
• Provide support to Business Analysts with Process Design Documentation if required.
  
• Provide support to Solution Architects with Solution Design Documentation if required.

• Good understanding on Agile / Scrum based project delivery methodologies.

• Understand requirements from the Project Lead and Internal Client Team/s and provide effective solutions to Clients.
  
• Be actively involved in Client Discussions / Meetings to understand their Pain Points and try and address those concerns by designing and deploying the best Automation Solutions.
  
• Assist in Analyzing effort estimate. Have an Analytical approach.
  
• Have a Technology First approach.
  
• Attend daily team meetings and provide valuable feedback and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications – BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or related Technical Field.
  
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and RE Framework.
  
• Basic programming / scripting knowledge on VBA / VB / java / C# script is a must. Python would be an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge in Cognitive Automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is not mandatory but good to have.
  
• Excellent Development background in C#, C++, Java, .NET would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding on Databases and various application architectures.
  
• Excellent MS Office Skills mainly Excel.
  
Experience in Tools – Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and Power Automate would be an added advantage.
