Job Description: As the Word Press Website Developer, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing our Word Press-based websites to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic. This is a remote position, and you will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals from various locations to achieve our digital marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Website Management:
Create, update, and maintain Word Press websites for multiple companies within our group.
Ensure the websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for speed and performance.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online presence.
Implement security measures and regular backups to protect the websites.
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for SEO.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and user behavior using SEO tools.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
Technical SEO:
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting website performance.
Collaborate with developers to address technical SEO improvements.
Implement structured data and schema markup for enhanced search results.
Content Management:
Regularly update and refresh website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Create and publish SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and other content as needed.
Optimize images and multimedia elements for web performance and SEO.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Word Press websites.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO plugins.
