Schedule & Location:
Must be based in LATAM, remote.
Able to work during business hours in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone
Compensation: $3000 USD/month + PTO and Holidays + Internet Stipend

Required Experience:

2+ years of agile sprint management using tools like Notion, Asana, or Jira.
1+ years of experience in traditional waterfall-style project management.
Experience managing projects in tech environments.
Experience working with a US-based company.

Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and reporting.

You have a sharp focus on catching dependencies, risks, and timelines while juggling various projects. You can ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
You are skilled at nudging others to keep projects moving, even with senior team members, while maintaining good relationships and influencing without authority.
You have a flexible approach, adapting to evolving project requirements. You are familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Outcomes:

You will efficiently manage daily status meetings across various project teams, ensuring alignment and clear action items.
You will maintain the project management hub in Notion, ensuring that tasks are organized, dependencies are clear, and timelines are on track.
You will act as a central point for project tracking, regularly grooming the backlog to prioritize tasks and eliminate unnecessary clutter.
You will provide weekly status reports that highlight risks, delays, and progress towards company-wide goals.
