Job Description: Executive Assistant (Bilingual)

Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a U.S.-based title company. This role demands a self-starter who can handle both routine administrative tasks and dynamic, project-driven responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's schedule, assist with title-related work, and act as a liaison for internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will also support the CEO with social media management, requiring a flexible, go-getter attitude and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with tasks related to U.S. title work, including reviewing and processing title documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Manage social media content creation using Canva and post on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Assist with special projects and routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Experience with social media management and content creation tools like Canva.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
