Sr. Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Fortune Minds, you will play a critical role in driving sales, growth, and market expansion. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, building strong client relationships, and establishing primary vendor ships with top technology companies. Your focus will be on generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective placement and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and identify potential clients for technology consulting and staffing services.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Manage the placement of qualified candidates in client organizations and oversee staffing solutions.
* Establish and maintain primary vendorships with key technology companies and partners.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and promote services.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the technology consulting or staffing industry.
* Strong understanding of the technology market and staffing industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
