Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Edge Uno, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and bringing new business to Edge Uno especially focusing on Connectivity, IP Transit, CDN, Wave, EPL. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the telecom industry. You will leverage your knowledge of the sales process and your extensive network to generate new business opportunities. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing sales pipeline, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships with ISPs, telecom, content owners and distributors, IT, data center, data transport and data security clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers, working closely with internal teams.
  • Increase sales through effective funnel development, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
  • Set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Account Executive, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process in the telecom industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a resourceful and creative approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and driven work style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business engagements.
