DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a Data Analyst/Developer who will contribute to enhancing various technologies and data systems. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical solutions that support healthcare services. The role requires advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, strong technical skills in SQL, C#, Python, or similar languages, and experience with ETL processes and orchestration tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions that enhance patient care and healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless execution of technical projects.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement ETL processes and orchestrate workflows using tools such as SSIS or similar technologies.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and development best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of data systems.
- Create documentation and provide training to end-users on implemented solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in development within the healthcare industry, adjusting as per applicant qualifications.
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with process orchestration, workflow automation, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and development best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies are a plus.
