Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to manage the entire digital marketing funnel for a well-established wellness brand based in California. This role demands a blend of creativity and data analytics to drive engagement across various platforms and optimize the entire customer journey from brand awareness to e-commerce conversions.
As a key team member, you will create and monitor ad campaigns, track engagement, and optimize user experiences on Shopify, ensuring a seamless integration between marketing strategies and sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to drive results through precise data analysis and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content and ads on social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) to drive brand engagement and awareness.
- Upload, monitor, and optimize advertisements, ensuring high performance based on key metrics (clicks, views, conversions).
- Track performance across the entire funnel, from social post engagement to ad performance and ultimately e-commerce sales on Shopify.
- Monitor and recommend improvements for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on Shopify to drive higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with e-commerce performance.
- Provide performance reports and actionable insights for optimizing marketing funnels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, ad campaigns, and driving conversions in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of ad metrics, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, and engagement analytics.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, with the ability to analyze and enhance user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with wellness or health-related industries.
- Experience with Tik Tok and Instagram Reels ad formats.
