As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Provide superior customer service to customers and carriers.
Qualify and set up carriers properly in the TMS.
Use provided tools and resources to find and locate a minimum of 50 new carriers each week.
Review and update a minimum of 25 carriers that are suspended in the TMS.
Monitor and execute assigned KPIs weekly.
Provide the manager with at least 1 customer issue per week and help come up with a plan of action to solve it through a strategy meeting for continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Minimum requirements:
Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
Experience: At least 1+ year of experience as a carrier sales representative.
Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1.
Perks:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite contract + benefits.
Location: Only from Colombia. This position will be remote.
Salary: $ 2.800.000 COP + bonus and commissions in USD
