Backoffice Customer Service Representative - Weekends off!!!!
Join Iterum Connections BPO as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!
Are you excited about helping people and have good English skills? This is your chance! We are looking for you to join our Backoffice team in Bogotá.
What We Offer:
Schedule:
Full-time: 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Weekends off!)
Part-time: 24 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Weekends off!)
+Operational hours are from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
Salary:
Full-time: $2,200,000 plus bonuses up to $600,000 and a completion bonus of $440,000.
Part-time: $1,173,333 plus bonuses up to $600,000 and a completion bonus of $440,000.
Contract Type: Fixed-term until December 15, with a chance to become permanent.
Start Date: October 10.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer questions through emails, tickets, and chats.
Provide helpful information to customers.
Pay attention to details when managing customer data.
Ensure quick and friendly service.
What You Need:
English Level: B1.
Writing Skills: Good spelling and grammar.
Attention to Detail: Be careful with customer information.
Multitasking: Handle multiple chats and tickets at the same time.
Experience: No experience is required, but having Backoffice experience is a plus!
Where Will You Work? 100% on-site in our Bogotá office.
