We have an opening for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team!
When it comes to getting things done, you’re the master. Reschedule the 8a.m. board meeting —at 7? You don’t even blink. You weave your way seamlessly through the day, dealing with travel arrangements one moment then plowing through meeting minutes and agendas the next. You’ve even managed to get the calendars of the entire leadership team in sync. In short, you’re the guru of our office. You’re the calm in the storm of a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing software company.
If you have a deep love for multi-tasking, can tell a small issue from a big problem (and fix both!) and have spent the last 10 years making people and offices work smoothly, then we have a job for you.
