Role Overview:
Global Cash Management is a pillar of the Treasury function responsible for managing all cash management operations mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk. This role will be an integral part of the operational cash management team with a primary focus on supporting our North American business. Key internal stakeholders outside of the Treasury department include the technology, accounting, billing/collections, AP, and payroll departments as well as our business unit finance teams.
Division Overview:
The finance function is organized around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. The Global Cash Management team is a key part the Treasury team and will be involved with every aspect of our cash management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitor and action securities settlement share buyback, debt servicing, FX and investment transactions and ensure all transactions settle in accordance with trading cut-offs and settlement deadlines
- Prepare intraday and prior day cash position report; build and maintain associated automation
- Complete monthly controls to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Enter wire requests in cash management systems to support payroll, tax and other business partners
- Perform SOX quarterly and annual Bank Account Users review
- Assist with internal and external auditor Cash Management requests
- Perform annual bank account signor, key services and fraud controls review
- Update bank account signors in Workday BAM module
- Perform callback for new or changed beneficiary banking information
- Maintain Cash Management documentation (Bank acct documentation, signature cards etc.)
- Submit request to update bank accounts changes in Quantum & Workday
- Testing of new system upgrades and releases to validate new functionality
- Participate in projects related to improvements in securities settlement, regulatory reporting and related processes and systems
- Support business partners with ad-hoc questions

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience on a corporate treasury team or as part of a bank’s Treasury Services function
- Experience working with bank portals and a Treasury Management System, for example Quantum
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to executive leadership such as the CFO
In order to thrive in this role, candidates must be highly organized with an eye for detail and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. It is also important that you are able to build trust and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience working with market data, trading platforms and treasury management systems (Calypso, Quantum, Bloomberg and similar)
- Previous experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Experience with robotics processing automation, machine learning, or AI tools
