The Integrity Group of Companies consists of five different business units, with the primary areas of focus including the construction of post frame buildings across Western Canada, supplying framing material packages to homebuilders in Calgary and area, as well as manufacturing. Territory Sales Representatives will be responsible for building new business relationships and expanding business opportunities with new and existing agricultural and commercial businesses. As an integral part of the company’s growth and development, the ideal sales candidate is an ambitious self-starter that understands the importance of relationship building and doesn’t mind travelling throughout rural communities in Western Canada. Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the customer relationship in your designated territory from beginning to end of the sales process, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive customer communication and relationship-building strategies
Coordinate between multiple teams and departments within the company
Identify emerging communities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Investigate loss of sales and/or customer accounts as needed
Identify and acquire new customers through telephone and in-person communication
Attend monthly meetings at company headquarters in Okotoks, Alberta as required
Attend conventions, trade shows and/or meetings to build relationships, generate sales and promote the company
Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum Experience:
Minimum three years experience in a sales position
Experience and networks in construction and/or agriculture industries would be considered an asset
Skills/Qualifications
General health and safety knowledge required for visiting building sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Attention to detail and accuracy is required
Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
