Skilled Production
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Skilled Production to join our growing team.
DUTIES:
- Corner clean frames and sash with machine
- Clean remaining excess weld using a chisel or Don Carlos knife
- Assist in taping frames or applying hardware when needed
- Assist with hardware install when needed
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion
- Wear all necessary safety equipment and follow safety rules
- Keep area clean and organized
- Comply with JELD-WEN EH&S requirements and legal requirements including policies, standards, rules, and programs.
- Any other duties as assigned by your Lead Hand as directed by your Group Manager or Group Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Must have good dexterity, speed and accuracy
- Must be able to use pneumatic tools
- Must be able to use a Don Carlos knife or chisel
- Must be safety and quality conscious
- Must be willing and able to help in other areas of the department
- Must be a team player
