Grizzly Trek is seeking dedicated and skilled labourers to join our team in Yellowknife, NT. This position is ideal for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.Key Responsibilities
- Perform various physical tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to, lifting, moving materials, and operating tools.
- Assist with site preparation, including setting up and breaking down job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Participate in on-site training and mentorship programs provided by Grizzly Trek.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labour is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation.
