Intermediate Project Manager - Part-Time
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a PM for a 8 month contract in Calgary AB.
Intermediate Project Manager Job Details The Project Manager will be asked to provide leadership with business and technical partners to complete development and to implement a smoothly running integrated solution. An important aspect of the solution is knowledge transfer to staff, and transitioning the solution to operations. An existing team of business and technical staff, contractors, another post-secondary technical partner, and vendor resources is already in place. The successful candidate will lead a diverse group of staff and contract business and technical experts spread across multiple organizations. Duties will include leading the business and technical teams, working closely with partners, and producing and communicating regular status and forecasts to stakeholders.
Intermediate Project Manager Mandatory Skills
5-7 years expertise as a Project Manager
Familiar with the business of post-secondary institutions, especially functions within Recruiting, Admissions, and the Office of the Registrar
Has led projects integrating cloud services to on-premise applications
Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM and other remote systems
Familiar with a structured approach to project delivery and organizational change management
Has led users through process and organizational changes
Effective communicator
Desirable Skills
Experience in data analysis and data conversion projects
Experience developing and implementing data transfer, ETL, and queuing systems
Experience in projects connected to payment systems
Experience with Banner, Boomi, Automic, Slate, or the provincial Apply Alberta common system
Has been successful as a PM in an integrated, multi-system, multi-vendor environment
