PRODUCTION WORKER - FINAL ASSEMBLY
Reporting to: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various tools and equipment. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various tools and equipment. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Works in Final Assembly Department.
- Installation and assembly of Reach-in cabinets.
- Reads, interprets and applies shop drawings.
- Completes work within established time standards.
- Provides training to other employees as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude, experience in mechanical assembly.
- Experience with various hand tools (drill, rivet gun, etc)
- Ability to interpret and apply shop drawings.
- Ability to lift assemblies of up to 50 lbs (or 100lbs with another person), bend, reach and twist, climb ladders and remain standing for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to stay focused on work duties and complete assigned work in a timely and efficient fashion ensuring quality standards are attained.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Duration: Full-Time/Permanent
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30 pm (40 hrs/week)
- Rate of Pay: As per Collective Agreement
- Start Date: To be determined, depending on availability & resources allocation
- Closing Date: Once a suitable candidate is selected
