Production Supervisor

We're on the lookout for a talented Production Supervisor to join the mill in Chipman, NB. If you thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment and have a knack for leading high-performance teams, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of driving on-site employee performance. Your focus will be on safety, productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency. But that's not all – you'll be a key player in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and strong engagement. Your role will involve everything from effective coaching to addressing concerns, all while motivating and developing your team.

Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree/diploma/trade certification in industrial technology, engineering, forestry, business administration, or management.

- 4+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial or production environment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to top-notch performance in a safe work environment.
- A demonstrated ability and interest in continuous learning and career progression.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
