As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for working on a variety of tasks on different production lines, this includes packaging food products, case erecting, sealing bags, operating automated equipment, cleaning equipment, unloading, and capping containers. Supporting a work environment of continuous improvement that fosters the company’s quality and safety policies is crucial. In addition, maintain housekeeping in the production area and assist in resolving issues as needed. As a Production Operator, you will follow the directions from supervisors where other duties may be required from time to time to maintain changing customer demands.
The applicant is expected to have experience in troubleshooting production machines. Experience in operating PLCs is a must. Being proficient in English is a must as you will need to read WIs (Work Instructions), SOPs, and manuals.
