Production Assistant Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production assosiate with management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the supervisor manage production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes. Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production assosiate with management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the supervisor manage production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the production environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Implement training programs for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, labor hours, and equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
- A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
