Temple Audio builds modular pedalboard systems designed for musicians. We’ve worked with artists that have played for bands like One Republic, Modest Mouse, Rhianna, and Avril Lavigne (to name a few). Our mission is to help Artists pursue their best performance—whether that's an amateur building their first pedalboard, or a professional planning their next tour rig.
We are seeking an independent and motivated Production Assistant, Manufacturing to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in the production and quality of our musical instrument equipment. You will be responsible for assembling small parts, packaging products, and quality control. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, and not compromise on quality.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

We are seeking an independent and motivated Production Assistant, Manufacturing to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in the production and quality of our musical instrument equipment. You will be responsible for assembling small parts, packaging products, and quality control. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, and not compromise on quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of production activities such as machining, powder coating, and assembly
- Inspect and ensure the quality and integrity of components and materials used in the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise, collaborating with team members and supervisors
- Conduct quality checks and tests on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining product quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels for specific product SKUs
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operating or a similar manufacturing role is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication and teamwork—we like to maintain a fun and respectful work environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing techniques and technologies
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Experience with operating forklift is a plus
- Hourly wage starting at $15/hr
