POSITION: PARTS TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for customer orders (phone/over the counter), purchasing, shipping, receiving, and processing payments/credits.

• Salary Offered: $26/hour
• Position Type: Permanent / Full-time – On-site
• Location: 830 Fleury Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4N 4W6

ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Able to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Keeping parts books updated.
• Maintaining show room inventory.
• Provide current and updated parts and price information.
• Ensure accuracy of orders.
• Purchasing parts when necessary.
• Safety compliance in all areas.
• Good housekeeping duties are practiced at all times.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONSM, AND SKILLS

• Understanding parts and terminology.
• Telephone etiquette.
• External and internal customer service.
• Multitasking.
• Computer skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
